Elegant Statement
Clear and symmetrical, our villa consists of two ambivalent faces. Entering from the street, the interior opens up towards a warm, welcoming living area. Wide window frames lead into the generous garden in the back. Apart from the entrance door, the elevation to the street is completely closed – creating a subtle intimacy without high fences. Facing the backyard, the elegantly curved, transparent shape dissolves the interior as well as the exterior. Intuitively, Villa Grünwald enhances the balance between a welcoming house for gatherings and an intimate, familial retreat.
