2008 Schematic Design - in progress
The housing cooperation Ymere commissioned us to design a 10.000m2 mixed use block in Amsterdam's Buiksloterham. The block will be the first to be realized in this redevelopment of an industrial area. The total block will have a C02 emmission reduction of 60% compared to a standard housing block. We have proposed two options: either a closed block or a terraced block.
