2005 – 2006 (Idea)
Amsterdam is making new islands in the IJ lake for housing. Next year it will produce a new island. After the land is made, it needs to 'sink in' during five years. We proposed to use this land for a tree-nursery (temporary park) with cheap office space: a business park!
