Tradional summerhouses in Denmark have square plots. Only few have view on nature. Neighbors all around. My own private Denmark™ proposes long plots to guarantee a fully private view. Only two neighbors. Continuous zones of intense Danish nature are overlaid on the long plots. This nature zone must be kept wild and untouched. It guarantees private access to Danish nature from every plot.
